Despr\u00e9s de nou mesos (aproximadament), arriba el moment del part i tenim el nostre nad\u00f3 als bra\u00e7os. Despr\u00e9s de nou mesos d&#8217;un ventre en creixement progressiu, zas! En q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d&#8217;hores, el nad\u00f3 neix i la nostra panxa queda buida. I ara qu\u00e8? Qu\u00e8 fem amb tots aquests canvis? Torna tot al vostre lloc de manera natural?<\/p>\n<p>En aquest post, em centrar\u00e9 m\u00e9s concretament en la &#8220;barriga&#8221;, que ha patit els canvis m\u00e9s importants. El nostre abdomen s&#8217;ha dist\u00e8s per fer lloc al nad\u00f3 i ara ha de recuperar la seva <strong>FUNCIONALITAT<\/strong> . S\u00ed, dic funcionalitat en maj\u00fascules perqu\u00e8, encara que moltes persones busquen la recuperaci\u00f3 per est\u00e8tica, totes s&#8217;haurien d&#8217;enfocar a la recuperaci\u00f3 de les seves funcions.<\/p>\n<p>En el nostre dia a dia realitzem accions que requereixen m\u00e9s o menys for\u00e7a, cosa que implica un augment de la pressi\u00f3 abdominal. El nostre abdomen ha de ser capa\u00e7 de gestionar aquesta pressi\u00f3 correctament. Per exemple, tomba&#8217;t a terra amb els genolls flexionats i tus, qu\u00e8 fa la teva panxa? Empeny cap a fora, cap a dins o no fa res? Qu\u00e8 creus que hauria de fer? El nostre transvers ha d&#8217;activar-se davant d&#8217;un esfor\u00e7, igual que el terra p\u00e8lvic. I no de forma volunt\u00e0ria, perqu\u00e8 no podem estar pensant constantment a contraure l&#8217;abdomen i el terra p\u00e8lvic; s&#8217;han d&#8217;activar i treballar autom\u00e0ticament quan ho necessitem.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de tenir el nad\u00f3, voldr\u00e0s tornar a practicar el teu esport preferit: p\u00e0del, c\u00f3rrer, b\u00e0squet, futbol, \u200b\u200bcrossfit\u2026 (no dic immediatament, algunes potser el vulguin reprendre de seguida, d&#8217;altres quan el nad\u00f3 tingui 9 mesos, dos anys,\u2026), o voldr\u00e0s tenir un altre nad\u00f3 (tampoc immediatament!), o sortir d&#8217;excursi\u00f3 amb el teu petit a la motxilla.
