This method intensively works all the muscles, ligaments and tendons involved in key movements and postures during labor. However, <strong>during the winter months<\/strong>, the sessions are moved to the swimming pool of the <strong>DUIN<\/strong> sports center <strong>in Portixol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This change allows us to maintain continuity and quality of training under controlled weather conditions, ensuring an optimal experience all year
