Infant Massage (5 sessions)

Infant massage workshop, led by Cristina Sánchez, a midwife who is passionate about the well-being and development of babies. Throughout 5 sessions you will learn to communicate and connect with your baby through the power of touch and massage.

The 5 sessions are: Wednesdays 5, 12, 19, 26 June and 3 July, at 11.45h at Centre1més (c/ Aragón 86A – Palma).

What will you learn?

• Advanced Massage Techniques: Based on Chinese medicine and reflexology, these techniques are designed to relieve common childhood ailments such as colic, constipation and nasal congestion.
• Handling Everyday Situations: We will address crucial parenting topics such as understanding your baby’s crying, practical tips for improving sleep, fundamentals of successful breastfeeding, and essential aspects of your baby’s psychomotor development.
• Interaction and Bonding: Discover how massage can strengthen the bond between you and your baby, promoting healthy emotional development and affectionate communication.

Workshop Details:

• Duration and Structure: Each session lasts approximately one and a half hours, although we usually extend the time to make sure that all your questions are answered.
• From the First Month of Life: You can join this workshop from the first month of your baby’s life, and we encourage you to come with your partner, so that you both can learn and enjoy this beautiful experience together.

In our workshop, you will not only acquire practical skills in infant massage, but you will also be immersed in a supportive learning environment, where you can share experiences and tips with other parents.
