In our Pregnancy Fit classes, we offer a comprehensive program designed specifically for moms-to-be. Our focus is to ensure that you can prevent typical pregnancy aches and pains, stay in optimal physical shape for the time of delivery, and achieve a faster and more effective postpartum recovery. In each session, we work not only on aerobic endurance, but also on muscular strength, focusing especially on pelvic and hip mobility.
We use a variety of exercises, both body weight and complementary equipment, to make each class dynamic and effective. A crucial aspect of our training is the strengthening of the deep abdominal girdle, especially the transversus abdominis muscle. This work is vital to control diastasis recti, facilitate straining during labor and prevent future back pain.
We recommend attending Pregnancy Fit classes at least twice a week for optimal benefits. The intensity of the exercises is adjusted to each stage of pregnancy, ensuring that each session is safe and beneficial for you and your baby. In addition, it is important to consult with your midwife before starting any exercise program during pregnancy.
