3. Breastfeeding Technique: We will deepen in the postures and techniques for a successful breastfeeding, ensuring comfort for both mother and baby.
4. Difficulties and Solutions: We will address common breastfeeding challenges, from latching problems to let-down, offering practical strategies and effective solutions.
5. Expressing and Storing: You will learn how to express and store breast milk safely, making it easier to breastfeed even when you are away from your baby.
6. Medications and Substances: We will discuss how certain medications and substances can affect breastfeeding, providing guidance on how to maintain safe and healthy breastfeeding.
7. Mela Method: We will introduce the innovative Mela Method, focused on maximizing the well-being and effectiveness of breastfeeding through specialized techniques.
