Come with the person you have chosen to accompany you in labor and you will discover together the wide range of natural remedies for pain relief in childbirth.
Together we will talk about the importance of accompaniment, we will experience the sensations that aromatherapy gives us, we will perform 2 relaxation techniques, hypnobirthing, breathing and rebozo and how to perform an effective massage during contraction.
